Salt of the Earth Spa was founded in Greenwood in 2023 by Tya Sage.
“I was inspired by my passion for people,” shared Sage, “I have always enjoyed helping others; sharing in their burdens, easing discomfort, and offering relief whether the need is physical, rehabilitative, or emotional. Being able to witness their triumphs, support them through challenges, and play even a small role in their healing has always held my heart and purpose.”
Their evolving list of services is focused on accommodating the needs of their clients. Currently, they offer advanced skin care and clinical treatments (including dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and medical-grade facials), head spa treatments, and massage therapy (including prenatal, couples, and surgical recovery massages).
“We take pride in consistently modifying and improving our protocols to continually elevate the experience we offer. Every service is designed with intention and care” said Sage.
The spa is focused on serving their community. “It truly feels like a family. Watching clients walk through the door, catching up on their life changes, cheering for their successes, and offering compassion during their losses has been the greatest honor” exclaimed Sage.
Salt of the Earth Spa has a philosophy of “Healing begins with feeling seen”. “I pride myself on listening deeply and providing a space that suits the desires of each person who walks in. Our goal is to meet in the middle – offering clinical-grade treatments in a warm, rooted, approachable environment. We strive to blend modern technique with human connection” shared Sage.
