INDIANAPOLIS – Franciscan Health in partnership with Meals on Wheels is hosting an event entitled: Know Your Numbers, Indy from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6 at the Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana location in Indianapolis.
The event is designed to encourage individuals to take an active role in their health by learning key health numbers, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and other health indicators and connecting attendees with trusted community resources that support healthy living.
There will be several local organizations attending, who will provide screenings and various other resources.
Everyone is welcome to attend and registration is not required. Free parking will be available.
