Bargersville FD to be featured in IAFC TV production

STAFF REPORT

The Bargersville Community Fire Department is going to be featured in a national video production, staff posted to social media last week.

The Department will be one of ten fire departments nationwide to be a part of a production by IAFC TV. The production is a project of the International Association of Fire Chiefs.

“This professionally produced video segment will highlight the department’s innovations, community outreach efforts, and commitment to providing high-quality fire, EMS, and rescue services across our growing service area in Johnson and Morgan counties,” staff posted.

The feature will debut during the Fire-Rescue International (FRI) 2025 Conference in Orlando Florida, where fire service leaders from around the globe gather annually to share best practices and showcase leadership in emergency services, according to the post.

“Bargersville Fire is honored to be the first fire department in Indiana selected for this national spotlight since 2015,” staff said. “Members of the community can look forward to seeing behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with department personnel, and a closer look at what makes Bargersville Fire a leader in service, innovation, and training.”

The Bargersville Community Fire Department is proud to represent this area on a national stage, staff said. Those interested are asked to stay tuned to the department’s social media for more updates and the official release of the video later this year.
